‘Katvoman’ to vie at Canberra filmfest

Iranian short flick ‘Katvoman’ is scheduled to vie at the Canberra Short Film Festival in Australia.

The 27th edition of the event will host the film directed by Hadi Sheibani.

Also written by Sheibani, the short film is inspired by the character of Catwoman.

“Katvoman has become weak to the extent that she cannot save people anymore,” a synopsis for the film reads.

‘Katvoman’ received its world premiere at the 20th Molise Cinema Film Festival in Italy.

This year’s edition of the event is scheduled for November 4-20, 2022.
